Returns & Refunds: If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect we'll replace or refund it — no need to return it. Just send a photo within 14 days. For size exchanges we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Personalised orders cannot be returned unless there is a print fault.

Can I wash this in a machine?
Yes — 30°C gentle cycle, inside out. Avoid bleach and do not iron directly on the print.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes 2–5 days, then: UK 2–3 days, USA 2–5 days, Europe 2–6 days, Australia 3–6 days. We print from the hub nearest to you so delivery is as fast as possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You have a 2-hour window from ordering to cancel or amend. After this your order goes to print. Personalised items cannot be changed once in production.
The print quality isn't right — what do I do?
Send us a photo within 14 days and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No return needed.
