Ordering & payment
How long does an order take to make?
Every Beast & Beauty order is made to order. Standard production is 2 working days, with a 2-hour amendment window straight after you order. UK standard delivery adds 2–3 working days, so most UK orders arrive 4–5 working days after purchase.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — there's a 2-hour window straight after you order to cancel or amend. After that window closes the order goes to print and cannot be changed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Klarna (pay in 3 instalments). All payments are processed by Shopify's PCI-DSS-compliant gateway.
Shipping & delivery
How long does UK delivery take?
UK Standard is 2–3 working days after dispatch. UK Tracked Express is 1–2 working days. Both options run on top of the 2-day production window.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia and worldwide. EU orders take 5–7 working days, US 7–10 working days. We print from the production hub nearest you to keep delivery fast and emissions low.
How much does shipping cost?

Returns & refunds
Can I return a Beast & Beauty product?
Yes — 14-day free returns on all non-personalised items. Send a photo of any faulty or misprinted item within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund without needing the item back.
Are personalised items returnable?
Personalised items are made specifically for the recipient, so they're non-returnable unless faulty. We'll replace or refund any print error free of charge — just send a photo within 14 days.
Personalisation
How does personalisation work?
Add your name, date, or short message in the personalisation field when ordering. There's a 2-hour amendment window after you place the order to correct typos. After that, the design goes to print.
Can I add my own image to a product?
Custom artwork is possible by request — contact us with your image and we'll let you know if it's printable.
Sizing & fit
How do your sizes run?
Adult T-shirts and sweatshirts run true to UK sizing. If between sizes, order one up. Kids sizes run by age (e.g. "3-4 years"). Baby sizes by months (e.g. "6-12m"). A size guide appears on every product page.
Can I exchange a size?
Yes — within 14 days. Email us and we'll arrange a free UK exchange.
Gifting
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All orders ship in branded packaging that's suitable for direct gifting. A free message-on-receipt option is available at checkout — add the recipient's address and the gift goes straight to them with a printed message, not a receipt.
Can I send the gift directly to the recipient?
Yes — change the shipping address at checkout. We never include receipts or pricing in shipped parcels.
Order tracking & support
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with tracking the moment your order dispatches. UK orders ship via Royal Mail or DPD. Internationally via FedEx, DPD or local equivalent.
How quickly do you reply to enquiries?
Most emails are answered within 2 working hours during UK working hours (9am–6pm, Mon–Fri). Weekend enquiries are picked up Monday morning. Reach us via the contact page.
