EU and Northern Ireland product safety

For products made available to customers in the EU or Northern Ireland, product listings should include the relevant product safety details required under the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), including product identification, care or handling information, applicable warnings, warranty information and responsible-person details where required.

Many Printify-fulfilled products include product-specific GPSR details in the product description, including the EU representative supplied through Printify for applicable products. Where shown on a product page, that product-specific information takes priority for that item.

If a product page does not yet show the product-specific GPSR information you need, contact us before ordering and we will confirm the product safety, material, country-of-origin and responsible-person details for that exact item.

General clothing safety and care

• Follow the care instructions on the product page and garment label.
• Wash printed garments inside out at low temperature, unless the care label says otherwise.
• Do not iron directly over printed designs.
• Keep packaging away from children.
• Stop using an item if it becomes damaged in a way that could create a safety risk.

Warranty and faulty items

For EU and Northern Ireland customers, statutory rights and the applicable legal guarantee for defective goods are not affected by our returns policy. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, contact us with your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
