Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you have nominated (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

How to exercise your right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. via your account order page, email, or post). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also submit a return request directly from your order status page.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for any extra costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery; goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
