Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Beast & Beauty order. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
What can be returned
- Unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags attached.
- Standard-fit apparel (t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies).
What cannot be returned
- Personalised or custom-printed items (unless faulty or misprinted).
- Underwear, swimwear, or items marked final sale.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
How to return
- Email hello@beastandbeautyclothing.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send return instructions and the correct return address (varies by your region).
- Ship the item back. Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the item, to the original payment method.
Faulty, damaged, or misprinted items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return needed.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange for a different size or colour is to return the original item and place a new order.
