If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

• You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

• Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with tags.

• We do not accept returns on underwear or personalised items.

🔁 How to Request a Return:

2. Find your order and click “Request return”

3. Wait for approval — we aim to respond within 1 business day

4. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid Royal Mail return label by email
