At Beast & Beauty Clothing, we want you to love your order — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

🔄 Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Items must be in resellable condition.

• Returns must be started via our Return Portal (powered by ReturnGO).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Underwear

• Personalised or customised items

• Items returned used, washed, or without original tags/packaging

💰 Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your choice of:

• A full refund to your original payment method

• An exchange for another item

• Or store credit for future use

(You’ll be able to choose your preference in the portal.)

💸 Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping is managed through our Return Portal.

• Customers are responsible for the return postage unless otherwise stated.

• In some cases, optional shipping protection may cover the return — this will be shown at checkout or in the returns process.

📦 When Will I Get My Refund?

We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receiving your item.

• Refunds can take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

• Exchanges or credit will be issued once your return is approved.
